Experience beautiful oceanside classes with SoFlo yoga cOMmUNITY leader, Lisa & special guests.
Classes are affordable & take place weekly on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sundays, plus special classes on the Full Moons, Holidays, Beach Healing Clean Ups & Annual Yoga Fest FL.

Classes are open to EveryBody | Locals | Travelers  | Bachelorette | Birthdays | Retreats | Weddings | Corporate & More.

LOCATIONS: 870 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd & near Lifeguard Stand #13 – Please check each class/special event for other locations.

PARKING: Locations that have ample parking with meters. Bring money for meters.

KIDS: Kids are welcome to come with parents to either practice Yoga or set up off to the side and play in the sand.

DOGS: No dogs unless you have a service license.
