From early morning until late night, our calendar of events offers a little something for all interests and unique experiences welcoming everyone under the sun.
Spring Fling at The LOOP
The Sixth Annual Spring Fling EGGstravaganza kicks off the season on Saturday, March 28!
Free to the public, this groovy celebration invites attendees to dress in their retro-inspired best and enjoy a day filled with activities and entertainment, presented by the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Beach Business Improvement District.
EGG HUNT EGGSTRAVAGANZA – 15,000 EGGS + Wrapped Candy
Children 13 and under are encouraged to bring an Easter basket and gather on the main lawn at 10 a.m. for The LOOP’s egg hunt countdown.
The egg hunt will be divided into three approximate starting times.
- Children 5 and under will begin at 10:15 a.m.
- Children ages 6-9 will start at 10:30 a.m., and
- Children ages 10-13 will begin at 10:45 a.m.
Free pre-registration online is encouraged.
Come down early and explore the park and vendors for a golden egg hunt.
Find the golden egg hidden on the grounds and take home a gourmet Easter basket,

- Photos with the Easter Bunny 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- David and the Hippie Hares: 10:00 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Hop along to great tunes to get you ready for the egg hunt, followed by interactive dances and games on the lawn
